the location was acceptable with markets within walking distance.
the ac temperature was locked at 22 degrees. this felt unacceptable for a supposed 5-star hotel. dirty windows made it difficult to take decent pictures.

the room was spacious and clean. the maid service was perfect. the staff and concierge were very friendly and always willing to assist with any request i had. Their attentiveness was amazing!
the fire detector above the bed blinked brightly at night. this small detail severely disturbed my sleep, and i hope this gets fixed .

Really good Hospitality and Views

I stayed in a high floor one bedroom apartment with a super cool city view! The location is excellent, it is a short walk to the BTS, a Starbucks and a shopping mall. The room was spacious, clean, and had all imaginable amenities. The maid service was perfect. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
The shower floor felt quite slippery. I think a more secure mat would improve safety.

i felt so welcomed by the staff , their friendliness. the room was spacious and super clean , a great combination. i was also delighted by the gym , it had a good selection of equipment , perfect for a quick workout. i found the location convenient , it made getting around easy.
the sunshine and view from my room on the 13th floor were somewhat limited , due to the building's structure.
